1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our services including the mobile application ("App") developed by Kahraba4U ("Developer"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you may not download or use the App.

 

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

4. Accuracy of Calculations

While Developer has made a great effort to ensure the accuracy of the calculations within the App, the App cannot be guaranteed to be error-free. You acknowledge that the App is for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for critical electrical decisions. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified electrician for any electrical work.

 

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the results obtained from using the App and any damages that may result from its use. You agree to use the App in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to the code, graphics, and resources, is the property of Developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, translate, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App without Developer's prior written consent.
